The amenity center is open daily from 6am to 11pm.

Throughout the year, there are several events hosted by the HOA. Most are held at the amenity center. One of their most popular events are the July 4th parade and celebration.
Sawyer Ranch Pavilion Reservations
The Pavilion can be reserved for events like birthday parties or family get togethers. All you need to do is submit a board request. The request is only necessary for exclusive use of the Pavilion.
Sawyer Ranch Pond
The pond can be accessed by residents from Huck Finn Trail during daylight hours.
Sawyer Ranch Greenbelt
Throughout Sawyer Ranch you’ll find several greenbelt areas. Residents are free to explore the areas during daylight hours.
